Fruit is hand-picked and gently pressed directly to French oak barrels, where fermentation occurs naturally without sulphur additions at pressing. Careful oak handling enhances texture and detail while allowing the vineyard character to remain front and centre. The result is a Chardonnay built around freshness and precision rather than weight.
