Description The Y Series Chardonnay grapes were harvested across the flavour spectrum, capturing notes ranging from lemon and lime to peach and tropical fruits. The wine is beautifully balanced, combining vibrant fruit flavours with natural acidity. A hands-off approach was taken during winemaking, allowing indigenous yeasts to naturally initiate and complete fermentation. Once fermentation was finished, the wine was left on its lees to develop additional complexity and texture. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks, preserving the Chardonnay’s fresh fruit character. The resulting wine is natural, vegan, and gluten free, offering layered complexity and freshness. Pale straw in colour with green hues, it displays aromas of tropical fruits and spring blossom. The palate is long and creamy, with flavours reminiscent of grapefruit, complemented by flinty notes from the wild fermentation.
